Its geographical location and excellent communications´ infrastructure with the rest of Spain as well as the South of France make Aragon a strategic hub and privileged location for production plants and distribution warehouses.
From 2003 onwards, the promotion of hydrogen technologies has been a fundamental strategic line for the Government of Aragon regarding energy and industrial policy, with a firm commitment towards Small and Medium Sized Companies and sectors such as the car-making, transport, chemistry or energy industries. The government played a leading role in the search for a partnership formula with a view to developing market-oriented knowledge by putting forward the idea of setting up the Foundation for the Development of New Hydrogen Technologies in Aragon.
Under the auspices of
The International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE) strives to advance the day when hydrogen energy will become the principal means by which the world will achieve its long-sought goal of Abundant Clean Energy for Mankind.
Toward this end, the Association stimulates the exchange of information in hydrogen energy field through its publications and sponsorship of international workshops, short courses and conferences.
In addition, the Association endeavors to inform the general public of the important role of hydrogen energy in the planning of an inexhaustible and clean energy system.
